Troubleshooting

Something is not working

Start with the health checks. The plugin adds its own checks to WordPress Site Health at Tools → Site Health, and a failing check usually names the problem before you have to go looking for it. If a check is already telling you something, find it below.

First checks

Start here

Nine times out of ten it is one of these three.

 1. Open Tools → Site Health → Status and look for any check whose name begins w3rp_.
 2. Open W3Bullhorn → Sync and look at when the last run happened and what it did.
 3. Open W3Bullhorn → Bullhorn Connection and verify the connection. A broken connection explains most symptoms.

If you prefer the command line,
wp w3rp diagnostics
gives you the same answers in one report.

Support

Still stuck

Produce a support bundle and send it with your question. It carries the health check results, recent run history and version information, and deliberately carries no candidate data, no secret values and no Bullhorn error text. It saves a round trip of us asking which versions you are on and when the sync last ran.
