How it works

1. Open the settings screen. For each event – a placement made, a new job submission – toggle it on and set the recipient address.
2. Mark external recipients. If the recipient is a Bullhorn candidate or contact, tick that box – it gates sending through recorded marketing consent and any ATS opt-out.
3. Edit the subject and body. Merge fields {{event}}, {{entity_id}} and {{timestamp}} are available in both.
4. Save – no further setup. Built on Bullhorn's own event subscriptions, not a polling job on a delay, so emails send the moment the event actually happens.

How the licence works

Requires W3Bullhorn core: This add-on extends your existing W3Bullhorn install; it is not a standalone plugin.
Per site: One licence covers one website, for a year, whatever the number of emails it sends.
Staging sites are free: Staging, local and development installs do not use a licence.
Nothing switches off at renewal time: If a licence lapses, emails already configured keep sending. What stops is new versions: updates, security patches and compatibility work.
