W3Bullhorn is an independent product from W3NUTS, built for recruitment agencies that run Bullhorn and want their jobs on their own website rather than somebody else’s.
Why we build it
It started with agencies asking for the same thing
Every recruitment website project reaches the same point. The agency wants the roles their consultants publish in Bullhorn to appear on their own site, where candidates can find them and apply, and they want the applications to come back to the consultants without anyone re-typing anything.
The usual answers are poor. A career portal puts the whole board on one page on somebody else’s domain. An automation tool can move data, but nobody owns the result. A bespoke integration works until the developer who wrote it moves on.
We have built and supported a Bullhorn plugin for WordPress before, and supporting it is what taught us where these job boards actually break: roles that disappear when a sync goes wrong, applications that never reach the consultant, candidate files left where they should not be. W3Bullhorn is built from that experience, for reliability, candidate privacy and search visibility.
