Book a demo

See what your Bullhorn jobs would look like on your own site

Not a slide deck. A short call with someone who knows Bullhorn and WordPress: we show W3Bullhorn working, go through your setup, and answer the questions your team will ask before trusting a plugin with your job board.

The call

What happens

  1. You send the form

It takes a couple of minutes. The questions are there so the call is useful rather than introductory.

  2. We come back with times

By email, to fit around your week.

  3. A short call

We go through your Bullhorn setup and your website, and show the plugin doing the things you asked about.

  4. You have what you need to decide

What it would look like on your site, what to check with Bullhorn, and what it would cost.

On the call

What we will cover

  • Your Bullhorn setup, including whether API access is enabled on your account.
  • Your website, its theme, and who builds and maintains it.
  • Your job board today, and what it costs you in candidates and time.
  • Applications, and how they reach your consultants now.
  • Timing, and what would have to be ready for you to switch.

No sales script

Who you will speak to

Someone from the team that builds W3Bullhorn, who works on the Bullhorn connection itself. Bring your developer, your marketing manager, or whoever will actually have to live with the decision.

Two things

Before you ask

No obligation

A demo is not a commitment to buy, and there is nothing to pay for the call.

Your live site is not touched

Demos run on a staging or sandbox setup. Nothing is installed on your website.

FAQ

Questions before the call

Everything here comes up again on the call, so do not let any of it stop you booking.

Do I need Bullhorn API access before the demo?

It helps, but no. If you have credentials we can connect to a Bullhorn sandbox and work with your own roles. If you do not, we show the plugin against ours and send you the wording to request access from your Bullhorn administrator, which is usually the longest part of any setup.

Will you touch our live website?

No. Demos run on a staging or sandbox setup. Nothing is installed on your site, and nothing is published on your domain.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever will have to live with the decision: the person who owns the website, the person who owns Bullhorn, and a developer if you have one. Technical and commercial questions are both welcome.

Is this a sales call?

It is a working call. You will be told plainly if W3Bullhorn is not the right fit for how your desks work.

What does the demo cost?

Nothing. A demo is not a commitment to buy.

Do I need Bullhorn API access?

Yes. W3Bullhorn connects through the Bullhorn REST API, so your Bullhorn account needs API access enabled. Your Bullhorn account manager can confirm whether it is.
