WPBakery
Your job board, as WPBakery elements
Plenty of recruitment sites were built in WPBakery and are not going to be rebuilt. Four elements put the board, the search, a role’s content and its application form into the builder those sites already use, rendering through the same code as every other layout we support.
Nothing is registered unless WPBakery is actually loaded.
What you get
The four elements
| Job board | The listing of open roles |
|---|---|
| Job search | Keyword and location search over the board |
| Job details | One role’s content |
| Job application | The application form for one role |
What it is for
Why this matters for an older site
A WPBakery site is usually one with history: years of pages, a theme built around the builder, and no appetite for a rebuild just to add a job board. The common answer from a job board plugin is a shortcode, which gives a designer no preview and tells whoever maintains the site nothing.
These are proper elements instead. They appear in the builder, they take their settings there, and the markup comes from the same seam as the Gutenberg blocks and the Elementor widgets — so the board on a WPBakery page is the same board, not a reduced version of it.
A designer gets two switches and a job number
The same settings surface as every other builder, on purpose. No field picker, no query builder, no template setting: an element that could be pointed at arbitrary data is an element that can publish a field you chose to keep private. The job number is read as untrusted and must resolve to a role the access layer will show.
