Terms and conditions

What you are buying, what we will do, and what we will not. Written to be read rather than to be impossible to argue with.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy a W3Bullhorn licence or ask us to build a site. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose; where a term has a particular meaning we have said so rather than hiding it in a definitions section.

Who you are contracting with

  • Registered company: W3nuts, company number WE4343D, registered in Gujarat, India
  • Registered office: Tagore Road, Opp Atul Motars, Rajkot 360001, Gujarat, India
  • Email: hello@bullhornforwordpress.com

W3Bullhorn is sold to businesses. It is not a consumer product, and we do not sell it to individuals acting outside a trade or profession.

What a licence is, and what it is not

W3Bullhorn is WordPress software and is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That is a condition of building on WordPress, and we would rather state it plainly than let you discover it afterwards: the code itself carries the freedoms the GPL grants you, including the right to modify it and the right to use it as you see fit.

What you are buying is not permission to run the code. It is one year of updates and support for one live website, delivered by us, plus the installation and setup described below. That is the service, and it is what the price pays for.

  • One licence covers one live site. Staging, development and local copies of that site do not need their own licence and are not counted.
  • Nothing is metered. The number of roles you publish, the applications you take and the number of people using Bullhorn do not change the price.
  • Several sites are quoted individually. Portfolios, multi-brand groups and WordPress multisite are priced as a whole rather than by multiplying the single-site price. Ask us.
  • The licence key identifies a site. Please do not publish it or share it outside your business. If it has to move to a different website, tell us and we will move it.

Price, VAT and payment

Current prices are on the pricing page and exclude VAT. VAT or local sales tax is added where it applies to your order. Payment is taken in full before we deliver, through our payment provider Razorpay, on its own secure payment screen.

We may change our prices. A change never affects an order already placed, and a renewal is charged at the renewal price published when it falls due. If we raise a renewal price we will tell you before it is taken.

What we will do

  • Install it and set it up. We connect the plugin to your Bullhorn, configure which roles appear and how your fields map, and test it against your real jobs before anything goes live.
  • Build the three job pages to match your site — listing, job detail and application — styled to your existing theme rather than dropped in as a generic widget.
  • Supply updates for the licence year, delivered through WordPress like any other plugin, including the work needed to keep pace with changes to Bullhorn’s API.
  • Answer support requests about the plugin by email for the licence year.

Support means helping you get the plugin working and fixing it when it does not. It does not include general WordPress administration, hosting problems, work on your theme, redesigning your site, or building features that do not exist. We are usually happy to quote for any of those separately.

What you need to have

The plugin runs on your own WordPress site and talks to your own Bullhorn account. So you need both, and you need them to let us in:

  • An active Bullhorn account with REST API access. API credentials are issued by whoever administers your Bullhorn, not by us. Requesting them is usually the longest part of any setup, so start early. We can supply the wording for that request.
  • A WordPress site you control, on hosting that meets the requirements in our documentation.
  • Access for us to do the setup, if we are doing it. You can withdraw that access at any time; we use it only for the work you have asked for.

If API access cannot be obtained, or your Bullhorn is configured in a way that makes something you wanted impossible, we will tell you rather than build around it quietly. We cannot be responsible for a delay that is waiting on your Bullhorn administrator.

Renewals and what happens if you do not renew

A licence runs for one year from purchase. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date and nothing further is taken.

If a licence lapses, your job board keeps working. Your job pages stay published, the plugin keeps running and applications keep reaching Bullhorn. What stops is updates and support — which matters, because Bullhorn and WordPress both keep changing, and an unmaintained integration will eventually break. But it is not a switch on your public website, and we will not turn your roles off to make you renew.

Refunds

All sales are final. The reasons, and what we will do instead when something has gone wrong with your order, are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Please book a demo before you buy: it is free, and it exists so that you are sure rather than sorry.

Website design and build

If you engage us to design and build a site, the price we quote covers the scope we agree in writing before starting, including the rounds of revision stated in that quote. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it is done.

You supply the content, and you supply or approve any legal wording on the finished site — your privacy notice, your candidate privacy notice, your terms. We will build and style those pages from wording you or your solicitor provide. We do not write your legal text, because it has to be yours.

You warrant that anything you give us to publish is yours to publish. On final payment, the finished site’s design and content are yours; the W3Bullhorn plugin remains licensed as described above.

Bullhorn is not ours

Bullhorn is a product of Bullhorn, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. W3Bullhorn integrates with their platform; it is not a Bullhorn product, and buying it gives you no rights in anything of theirs.

That cuts both ways. We cannot control changes Bullhorn makes to its API, its rate limits or its data model, and we cannot be responsible for outages or changes on their side. What we can do, and do, is keep the plugin working across those changes for as long as your licence runs.

Other plugins named on this website are their owners’ trademarks. Listing one means W3Bullhorn works alongside it, not that its owner endorses us.

Candidate data and your own obligations

W3Bullhorn does not collect candidate data for us. Your website talks directly to your Bullhorn; applications, CVs and consent records go between the two and are not relayed through us or stored by us. For that information you are the controller, and your own privacy notice and consent wording govern it. The consent wording shown on your application form is yours to write.

How we handle the information you give us — when you order, enquire or ask for support — is in our privacy policy.

Our liability

We will carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. But software is not perfect, and we are not going to promise that the plugin will never have a defect or that your site will never go down.

  • We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or lost or corrupted data, however it arises.
  • We are not liable for anything caused by Bullhorn, your hosting, your other plugins, your theme, or changes made to your site by someone else.
  • Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing limits any right you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Keep your own backups. We may take one before working on your site, but that is a courtesy, not a backup service, and you should not rely on it as one.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using W3Bullhorn whenever you like, and you may decline to renew. We may end support and updates, without a refund, if a licence key is shared or published outside your business, if an invoice is not paid, or if someone uses our support in a way that is abusive to the people answering it. We would always rather raise a problem with you than act on it.

Ending the agreement does not unpublish your job pages or stop the plugin running, for the reasons given under renewals above.

Changes

We develop the plugin continuously, so features are added and occasionally replaced. We will not remove something you are relying on without a reasonable period of notice through our documentation.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and we will update the date at the top when they change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before anybody goes near a court, please write to us. Almost everything that looks like a dispute turns out to be a misunderstanding about scope, and we would much rather fix it.
