    €1,450

first year, per site, excl. VAT

Renews at €700 / year. Cancel any time before renewal.

    • We install it and set it up. Connected to your Bullhorn, field mapping configured, tested with your real jobs before launch.
    • Three pages built to match your site: job listing, job detail and application, styled to your existing theme rather than dropped in as a generic widget.
    • Jobs publish and close automatically. A job closed in Bullhorn stops being advertised, and its page keeps answering so shared links and search results never break.
    • Applications arrive in Bullhorn against the right job, with the CV attached.
    • Search, filters and SEO: job structured data, a job sitemap, and filter pages that are real, shareable URLs.
    • Updates and support for the year, including the work to keep pace with changes to Bullhorn’s API.

Works with the plugins you already run

  • Page builders. WordPress block editor, Elementor, WPBakery, Divi and Beaver Builder.
  • Form plugins. Gravity Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms and Elementor Forms.
  • SEO plugins. Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO and SEOPress: titles and canonical tags stay with yours, and we add the job structured data and the job sitemap.
  • Custom fields. Bullhorn fields can land in the ACF fields your templates already read.
  • Your theme, whatever it is. Job pages are WordPress templates that take your theme’s styles, and any of them can be overridden.
  • Multilingual sites. Job pages are ordinary pages, so a multilingual site treats them like the rest of your content.

Named plugins are their owners’ trademarks. Listing them means W3Bullhorn works alongside them, not that they endorse it.

Not on the list?

Tell us what you run

Why agencies move

What a portal or a widget will not give you

The same money, spent on a board you own rather than one you rent.

  • A page per role, on your domain

Not one page for the whole board on somebody else’s.

  • Filtered views with real addresses

Shareable, bookmarkable, and something search engines can index.

  • Job structured data and a job sitemap

On your site, under your control, not the vendor’s.

  • Applications against the right job

In Bullhorn, with the CV attached and consent recorded.

  • Confidential fields off public pages

The client name can stay in Bullhorn and off the advert.

  • Run history, alerts and WP-CLI

So when a job is missing, somebody can answer why in a minute.

Several sites

More than one site?

Portfolios, multi-brand groups and WordPress multisite are quoted individually. Tell us how many sites you run and how your Bullhorn is organised and we will price it properly rather than multiplying. If your procurement team needs a security review, documentation or agreements to fit your process, say so and we will work to it.

Website design and build

Bespoke careers site, with the plugin included

For agencies who want the whole site designed and built around the jobs, not a plugin fitted into an old theme. Bespoke design, not a template.

Licensing

How licensing works

The parts people ask about before they buy, rather than after.

Per site, not per job

Publish five roles or five thousand: the price does not move, and applications are not metered.

Staging sites are free

Staging, local and development installs do not use a licence.

Nothing switches off at renewal time

If a licence lapses, nothing switches off. Your site, your job pages and the plugin carry on working, and your jobs keep syncing. What stops is new versions: updates, security patches, WordPress and PHP compatibility, and the work that keeps pace with Bullhorn’s API.

Setup is included

We install the plugin, connect it to your Bullhorn and build your job pages to match your site before you go live. It is part of the first year, not an extra.

FAQ

Questions about pricing

Short answers here. Anything else, ask us directly.

Why is the first year more than the renewal?

Because we set it up. We install the plugin, connect it to your Bullhorn, configure the field mapping and build your job listing, job detail and application pages to match your site. After that first year you are paying for updates, security patches and support.

Can we set it up ourselves?

You can, and the price is the same either way. We include setup because the sites we set up are the ones that do not generate support tickets. If you would rather handle it, the documentation is there and we are on email.

Does the price go up with the number of jobs?

No. The licence is per site, per year. Publishing more roles or taking more applications does not change what you pay.

Do staging and development sites need a licence?

No. Only the live site does.

What happens if we do not renew?

Nothing switches off. Your job pages stay published, the plugin keeps working and your jobs keep syncing. What stops is new versions: updates, security patches and support. That matters because Bullhorn and WordPress both keep changing, and an integration that stops being maintained decays on somebody else’s release schedule rather than yours.

Can one licence cover several client sites?

A licence covers one live site. If you run several, talk to us and we will quote your portfolio as a whole.

Why a subscription rather than a one-off licence?

W3Bullhorn sits between Bullhorn and your website, and both keep moving. Bullhorn changes its API, WordPress ships new versions, PHP moves on. A licence sold once has no funding behind it to keep up, so it works until it quietly does not — and what breaks is your careers page and the applications that should have reached your recruiters. The renewal pays for that maintenance.

Do I need Bullhorn API access?

Yes. W3Bullhorn connects through the Bullhorn REST API, so your Bullhorn account needs API access enabled. Your Bullhorn account manager can confirm whether it is.
