Refund policy

A digital product, so all sales are final. See it working with a demo before you buy.

W3Bullhorn is a digital product, delivered by download and licence key as soon as we have processed your order. For that reason all sales are final: we do not accept returns and we do not give refunds once a licence has been purchased.

See it working before you buy

We would rather you were sure than sorry. A demo is free and carries no obligation: we show W3Bullhorn working with your own kind of Bullhorn jobs, go through your setup, and answer the questions your team will ask. Please book one before you buy.

If something is wrong with your order

No refund does not mean no help. If you did not receive your plugin or licence details, entered the wrong website, or something does not work as described on our website, write to hello@bullhornforwordpress.com with your order number and we will put it right. We can resend your files and, where a licence was bought for the wrong website, move it to the right one.

Renewals

The same applies to renewals. If you do not want to renew, cancel before your renewal date, as described on the pricing page. A renewal that has been paid is not refundable.

Your legal rights

W3Bullhorn is sold to businesses. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have by law that cannot be excluded.
