For agencies in regulated or credentialed industries: track which candidates on your watch list have a certification nearing expiry, and get notified before it lapses. One licence covers one website. Requires the W3Bullhorn core plugin. Prices exclude VAT.
How it works
- 1. Tell it which candidates to watch. Add Bullhorn Candidate IDs on the Certification Tracker screen. It can't discover candidates on its own – it only watches the ones you list.
- 2. Set your warning window. Choose how many days before expiry you want to be warned (1-365 days).
- 3. Set who gets notified. Enter the email address that should receive expiry alerts.
- 4. It checks automatically, once a day. A background check emails the recipient the first time a certification enters the warning window – never a repeat email unless it later re-expires after renewal. The same screen shows a live view of everything currently expiring or expired.

How the licence works

- This add-on extends your existing W3Bullhorn install; it is not a standalone plugin.
- Per site
- One licence covers one website, for a year.
- Staging sites are free
- Staging, local and development installs do not use a licence.
- Nothing switches off at renewal time
- If a licence lapses, what you already have keeps working. What stops is new versions: updates, security patches and compatibility work.
