Upload a candidate's resume on a call or walk-in, let Bullhorn parse it, and review the suggested fields before anything is created or changed – nothing is ever saved automatically. One licence covers one website. Requires the W3Bullhorn core plugin. Prices exclude VAT.

How it works

1. Attach the resume. On the Smart Apply admin screen, a recruiter attaches a candidate's resume – PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, ODT or TXT – and clicks "Parse resume".
2. Bullhorn parses it. The file goes to Bullhorn's own resume-parsing service. Nothing is created or saved at this point.
3. Review and correct. An editable form shows what Bullhorn found – first name, last name, email, phone – for the recruiter to check and correct.
4. Re-attach the resume, and confirm. The file isn't kept between steps, so it's attached once more. Confirming is the only step that writes to Bullhorn: it creates a new candidate, or fills in only the fields an existing match had empty – never overwriting what's already there. If the email matches more than one candidate, nothing is written and you're told to resolve it directly in Bullhorn.

How the licence works

Requires W3Bullhorn core: This add-on extends your existing W3Bullhorn install; it is not a standalone plugin.
Per site: One licence covers one website, for a year.
Staging sites are free: Staging, local and development installs do not use a licence.
Nothing switches off at renewal time: If a licence lapses, what you already have keeps working. What stops is new versions: updates, security patches and compatibility work.
