Find and merge duplicate Bullhorn candidates, on its own – you are not paying for the rest of Pro to get it. One licence covers one website. Requires the W3Bullhorn core plugin. Prices exclude VAT.

How it works

1. Open the Duplicate Candidates screen. It scans your Bullhorn candidates and flags pairs that share an email, or a close name and matching phone number.
2. Review a pair side-by-side. Full name, email and phone for both records, so you can judge the match yourself.
3. Pick which to keep, and confirm. Choose a record, tick the explicit confirmation checkbox, and submit – nothing merges without that confirmation.
4. History moves, nothing is erased. The record not kept is marked deleted in Bullhorn; its submissions and notes move to the one you kept.

How the licence works

Requires W3Bullhorn core: This add-on extends your existing W3Bullhorn install; it is not a standalone plugin.
Per site: One licence covers one website, for a year, whatever the number of candidates reviewed.
Staging sites are free: Staging, local and development installs do not use a licence.
Nothing switches off at renewal time: If a licence lapses, the review screen stops updating with new matches, but nothing already in Bullhorn is affected. What stops is new versions: updates, security patches and compatibility work.
