Licensing and updates

Licensed per site, updated like any other plugin

The licence is per website, per year. It does not move with the number of roles you publish or the applications you take, staging sites do not use one, and updates arrive through WordPress the way the rest of your plugins do.

The problem it solves

Software that punishes you for using it

Usage pricing sounds fair until the busy quarter arrives and the invoice grows with it. Worse is software that switches off at renewal time, taking a public job board down with it.

Metered software

The bill follows your success

  • Charges that rise with jobs or applications
  • Staging sites that consume a licence
  • A board that goes dark at renewal time
  • Updates behind a portal login

With W3Bullhorn

A price you can plan around

  • Per site, per year, whatever the volume
  • Staging and development sites are free
  • Job pages stay live if a licence lapses
  • Updates through WordPress, like any plugin

Boundaries

What licensing does not do

  • It does not hold your pages hostage

A lapsed licence stops updates and support. It does not unpublish your roles or take your job board offline.

  • It does not meter your business

We do not count your roles, your applications or your candidates to work out what to charge you.

  • It does not phone home with your data

A licence check carries the site and the key. There is no channel for job or candidate data to travel on.

FAQ

Questions about licensing

Short answers here. Anything else, ask us directly.

What happens if we do not renew?

Your job pages stay published and the plugin keeps working. What stops is updates and support, which matters because Bullhorn and WordPress both keep changing.

Do staging and development sites need a licence?

No. Only the live site does.

Does the price change if we publish more roles?

No. The licence is per site, per year. Volume does not change it, and applications are not metered.

Can one licence cover several client sites?

A licence covers one live site. If you run several, talk to us and we will quote your portfolio as a whole.

How do updates arrive?

Through WordPress, like any other plugin, and each update is verified before it installs.

What information do you receive?

The site the licence is registered to and the key itself. No job data, no candidate data and no usage figures.
